So I selected this same method again, I swam all the way there only to find that there's no yellow mark, I don't get the option to start cutting with the plasma cutter (And I completed all prep missions). In the cayo perico heist, can you just parachute into the compound with the Alkonost approach? I know drainage tunnel is the way to go but I like to see all the heist has to offer by using all of the vehicles and using differenf approaches before grinding that tunnel

Well the Compound's infiltration points are the underwater drainage tunnel, two key-coded doorway entrances, two grappel hook over-the-wall entrances and the main gate, which you can use by blowing it up (requires the demo charges prep mission to be complete) or alternatively finding the Supply Truck and some Guard Uniforms around the island.
